Referrals

A referral is not required to access services with us.

Complimentary phone consultation

We offer a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation to discuss your therapy needs and how we can best support you.

Fees

Sessions are billed at the standard rate of $193.99 per hour.

Private Health Insurance

Private health insurance rebates are available, though coverage varies depending on your fund. We recommend reaching out to your health insurance provider to confirm if Occupational Therapy services are included in your plan.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

We work with Plan Managed and Self-Managed clients.

Please note that travel fees apply for mobile Occupational Therapy appointments. This can be discussed when scheduling your appointment.

Cancellation fees

You are required to provide at least 48 hours’ notice (two full business days) if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost.
